Palmerston Villa has every guest convenience within its tranquil setting and prime south west lake view facing position. The villa's location is ideal for both business and family vacations with its luxurious furnishing and comforts. The games room offers a table tennis table, foosball and air hockey table and the full size pool table is located in the lounge area of the villa.
The kitchen area has many guest conveniences which include full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, utensils and crockery. The utilities room offers a full size washing machine and dryer and plenty of shelf storage. The villas location benefits form many golf courses all within fifteen minutes drive of the home and very close to fine local shopping and all major road networks giving easy access to all Floridian attractions.
We have a dedicated fully licensed with the State of Florida property manager who we believe offers first class service to our guests. The villa has many safety features which include smoke detectors, pool lighting, pool safety fence and emergency lighting.

Golf
As well as offering unlimited attractions for family's, Florida is the worlds top golf destination with Orlando one of the focal points of the state, offering spectacular beauty of some of the most well kept golf courses in America you really are spoilt for choice from over 150 courses within a 45 minute drive of downtown Orlando. Our villa is very close to Mystic Palms, Orange Lakes and the Disney courses and only 15 minutes drive at the most to Celebration, Highlands reserve, Champions Gate golf courses and we are within 20-30 minutes drive of all other major golf courses.
Management
We as villa owners always endeavour to give our guests value for money when choosing our home for their Florida vacation, and we do realise their is a vast choice. However, we do feel that our villa offers exceptional value for money and having tried various options we do feel that to hire certain items is far more advantageous to our guests for the following reasons:
